+ How many domains can I host when I sign up with your shared hosting solution ?
With our solution you can only host one single domain; however you can create unlimited aliases to your domain.
+ What does the '25 Gb disk space' include ?
It's the total amount of space (quota) that you'll get for your website; it's shared between your databases, e-mails and files.
+ Can I access the database server from my computer or server ?
No, for security reasons we don't open database to the world. However, if you really need to access the database engine, we'd be pleased to suggest you a more personalized solution such as our swiss cloud hosting solution. Please contact us for more informations.
+ Do you offer 'Ruby On Rails' support ?
No, not in shared hosting but if you're interested take a look at our swiss cloud hosting solution.
+ Do you offer SSH access ?
No, and we won't.
+ Can I host subdomains ?
Yes, given the fact that it doesn't violate our general terms and conditions. Reselling is strictly prohibited.
+ What's the minimal contract duration ?
It's 12 months and it's renewed automatically unless you tell us you want to cancel, 30 days before the end of the contract.
