Are you stuck on a problem configuring your new firewall or require assistance on how to setup your network ? We can help you using remote assistance software. All you need to do is download a small software on your computer and run it. This will give access to our technicians.
Once you have downloaded the software click on it to run. After that, the software will give you a ID number and a password. You'll have to communicate those informations to us so we can have access to your computer remotely.
